🔹 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Own the hunt — cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face engagement.
🔹 𝗜𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Rapidly engage leads from marketing, demos, and trials.
🔹 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Book 15+ qualified meetings per month.
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Use intent signals and org charts to craft messaging that sticks.
🔹 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆: Maintain meticulous records of all activities and lead statuses.
🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work directly with Sales Executives to refine winning strategies.

🔹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: BBA or MBA from a reputable university in Bangladesh.
🔹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 0–3 years in B2B Sales or SDR roles (SaaS experience is a major plus).
🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: A pro at writing cold emails, confident on the phone and face-to-face.
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and turning "No" into "Not yet."
🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: An immense hunger to learn and act on feedback fast.
