Alhamdulillah, Beyond Rationale recently completed the Employee Loyalty and Engagement Analysis project with SMC Enterprise Limited. Under this project, we helped the company top management to identify different strength areas and pain points to improve employee loyalty and engagement. The outcome of this project will directly impact company's profitability and sustainability for long term success.
It was a great experience for me to work directly with the management team of SMC Enterprise (especially, Mr. Rana Kaiser, the Head of HR) and get to receive the guidance directly from the hononrable MD, Mr. Abdul Haque. This project is a burning example of the positive impact when the company top leadership is committed to make things better.
Over the last three years, SMC Enterprise has doubled their sales growth to around BDT 900 crore per year and planning to double it again within the next two years as well! As a management consultancy firm, we are proud to be a small part of this historical journey to maintain internal balance while achieving this phenomenal growth and help a very good company on its path to greatness!

This time we are reviewing the next 3 years' business plan for the company... Need to mention that we helped to develop the first 5 year business plan of RIT last year.

Social Marketing Company Enterprise Ltd. is a major Bangladeshi organisation that offers various range of consumer products as well as products for family planning, maternal and child health, and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.
To develop a truly customer centric organization, its a must to create a strong and motivated employee base. It has been our honor to get into a project with them to measure employee loyalty for the first time in company history and identify the factors to improve their engagement with the organization.
In line with the project, we got the opportunity to interact with different groups of their employees from Dhaka HQ and different regional locations. It's a great indication of the company top management's commitment to develop an employee centric organization.
It was a unique experience to listen to their thoughts on improvement areas and following their footsteps to truly understand their challenges. We look forward to deliver some significant direction to the SMC EL management to take strong decision to make the company more sustainable from within.
