Man Mo, the Dhaka’s first contemporary Japanese & Chinese Fusion restaurant officially opened its doors in January, 2019 in Bangladesh.
To create the perfect fusion we brought together a Dim Sum Master, a Chinese Chef And a Japanese Master , the team then spent two months in the kitchen formulating and fine tuning the menu.
Once the recipes were perfected, providing the correct balance between the dough and the stuffing, we decided to add some color.
