The youth are our future. It is their drive and initiative that will make our tomorrow. And today, at ðð§ð§ðĻðŊðððĒðĻð§ ððĄððĨðĨðð§ð ð - ððð, ððððŽðĻð§ - ðð, our students have proved that our future is indeed bright. The lineup for this yearâs projects was beyond imagination. The amount of problem solving and hard work that went into each of them clearly showed.
From LLMs and neural networks to quantum computing, no field was untouched by the ingenuity and innovation of the students of our ECE department. And though it was an incredibly tough call, our honorable judges have determined a champion. This groundbreaking project was truly eye-catching, and its application to a genuine real-life problem that plagues our country is commendable.
We stand in absolute admiration of the talented individuals behind the winning projects at this seasonâs Innovation Challenge.

From planning and vision to ex*****on, the winning teams displayed it all perfectly. The seed of an idea that grew into something truly spectacular was not a result of just their creativity and ideation, but their countless months, if not years, of diligence.
And while everyone may not have left with a trophy, the knowledge and experience gained is priceless. You showcased vision and dedication, and though you may not have won, this is only the beginning of your journey, with much more success to come.

138 years ago, the workers in Chicago took to the streets demanding basic dignity: an 8-hour workday, fair conditions and the right to rest which are the absolute bare minimum. They werenât asking for much. They were just asking to be seen and work under a little better condition. But the situation turned into a quagmire. Many innocents lost their lives and the trial they received was a travesty. But with their lives, they pioneered a new horizon for the workers for a better and secure future. Despite the established labor rights and laws, millions of workers around the world are still exploited. Itâs not only about their wages, which are incredibly low sometimes, itâs about the corrosion of the innate human dignity.
Today on May 1st, we remember all the valiant workers, who have kept the wheel of civilization moving. From the protestors of the Haymarket Affair to the extremely exploited tea puckers (āĶāĶū āĶķā§āĶ°āĶŪāĶŋāĶ) in Sylhet, we are grateful to everyone.
ððð ððð ðððŪððð§ð ððĄððĐðððŦ commemorates their sacrifice and commits to a better future where workers donât have to live in such inhumane conditions and their basic rights are met.

Any event is incomplete without photography, as it helps it to reach new heights. From a fleeting moment, a photograph or a video documents the scene and turns it into a memory that lasts the test of time. With the help of various angles, lighting, and ratios, a skilled photographer transforms the laughter, joy, and tears into an everlasting souvenir.
Keeping this in mind, introducing our ICâs ððĄðĻððĻð ðŦððĐðĄðē ððĐðĻð§ðŽðĻðŦ, ððĐðĻð§ ððĄðĻððĻð ðŦððĐðĄðē, who excels in photography and videography of wedding events ranging from bridal showers to receptions.
Just as photography is the integral element of an event, news is an essential part of our lives, often directly or indirectly dictating our everyday decisions - from carrying an umbrella to choosing an academic major. Without it, we would be unaware of current world affairs and how theyâre molding our lives silently. The presence of news allows us to be well-informed and not be limited to dogmas and primitive ideologies.

Innovation Challenge - 261, Season - 19 will be ððĻðŊððŦðð ððē ððð°ðŽðð, a Bangladeshi TV Channel. This major TV broadcaster is owned by East West Media Group, which is a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, and was launched on 28th July, 2016, providing us with news and keeping us updated relentlessly.
Our ððð°ðŽ ððððĒð ðððŦðð§ððŦ of IC is none other than the ðððĒðĨðē ððŪð§, an English and Bangla news portal owned by East West Media Group and Bashundhara Group. It was established in 2010. The Daily Sun also maintains a website, consisting of the e-version of the news for better accessibility.
This season, ICâs ððððĒð ðððŦðð§ððŦ is ðððĒð§ðĒðĪ ðð§ðĻð§ððĻðððĢððŦ, which plays a significant role in keeping the audience updated with news and providing insights about current developments.
ðððĒðĨðē ððð, North South Universityâs News and Media Website, is our ðð§ð ðð ððĶðð§ð ðððŦðð§ððŦ. This page works tirelessly on keeping us updated on the myriads of departments that our university possesses, along with their clubs. Moreover, this page provides us with NSUâs headlines and its remarkable achievements.
Even if one person gets inspired to be a part of this magnificent realm of tech after seeing the jaw-dropping projects made by NSUâs final year ECE students, our efforts would prove to be worthwhile.
