Job Overview:
The Photo Editor & Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling images and graphics that align with our brand identity. This role involves editing photos, designing promotional materials, and collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure all visual content is engaging and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣Edit and retouch photos for various platforms including social media, website, print, and advertisements.
2️⃣Design graphics, layouts, and other visual content for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
3️⃣Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with our branding and marketing strategies.
4️⃣Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
5️⃣Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.
6️⃣Ensure consistency in design and uphold brand guidelines across all visual content.
7️⃣Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Qualifications:
⏹Proven experience as a Photo Editor, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
⏹Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
⏹Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
⏹Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
⏹Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
⏹Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
[Optional: Experience with video editing software is a plus.]
[Optional: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.]

As a Female Art Director for Newborn Baby Photography at Studio Backdoor, you will be responsible for designing and executing creative themes and setups for baby photoshoots.
Your role will involve carefully handling and wrapping newborns to ensure their comfort and safety during the shoot.
Your artistic vision and gentle touch will be essential in creating stunning photographs that delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize and develop creative themes and setups for newborn baby photoshoots, ensuring each session is unique and visually appealing.
* Handle and wrap newborns with the utmost care and attention to their comfort and safety.
* Collaborate with photographers to achieve the desired visual outcomes for each photoshoot.
* Select and arrange props, backdrops, and lighting to create beautiful and cohesive setups.
* Communicate with parents to understand their preferences and incorporate their ideas into the shoot.
* Stay current with trends in newborn photography to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in newborn photography
* Exceptional skills in handling and wrapping newborns safely and comfortably.
* Creative flair and an eye for detail in designing themes and setups.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with parents and put them at ease.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with babies.
Knowledge of photography equipment and lighting techniques is a plus.
