• Identify and approach potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive follow-up.
• Conduct high-impact sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Understand each client’s business objectives and align BacBon’s smart solutions to meet those goals.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (product, implementation, and support teams) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and activity reports to the Head of Business Operations for review and decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

• Proven 05+ years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.

• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
