Fixed Support at Base has been assigned to reduce member displacement. From analysis we have checked deflection with respect to Limit L/180 for Live Load, L/120 for DL+LL. We have found Deflection at free end 24mm

🚧 The Owner’s Famous “3-Day Rule” 🚧

With architects, the owner spends months 🗓️ discussing, adjusting, and redesigning every tiny detail…

It’s like someone told owners that structural design MUST equal 3 days—no matter the complexity, no matter the coordination.
As if quality depends on how short the deadline is.

Most of the Clients for Residential Building searches for Cheap Designers who can avoid Deep Foundation even it's recommended in Soil Report. Choosing a way to skip a Recommended Deep Foundation isn't saving money. It's a suicidal attempt with the structure's life—and the lives inside—on the line. 🏢⬇️
