• Turn briefs into big ideas (not just captions)
• Write sharp, bilingual copies and scripts
• Work closely with production houses for TVCs, OVCs & commercial shoots
• Mentor copywriters & raise the bar
What you need:
• 5+ years in agency
• Strong portfolio (show us your best work)
• Solid grip on Bangla + English
• Experience collaborating with directors, production houses & shoot teams
• Leadership mindset & hunger to grow
