𝐄𝐍𝐀 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 brings back memories from one of the first completed commercial projects done by us 🏢

Commissioned by Eng. Enamul Haque (Member of Parliament 🇧🇩) himself, the goal of this project is to seek a balance between tradition and modernity. The 3600 sq ft floor was intended to be the location where day to day meetings would take place 👨🏻‍💼. So, we wanted the interiors to express elegance and live upto the client's name.

We even designed a lot of the furniture in this project including the tables and sofas. Client satisfaction is our top priority and we were awarded by the client after completion. 🏆

Handover Date : March 2014

𝐁𝐀𝐅 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 was built with the goal of authenticity and luxury in mind. With abundance of space of almost 20,000 sq ft, 😮 the interiors required a grand touch. 👑 This grandness is expressed through bright lights, 💡 crystal chandeliers, marble floors and an overall Victorian theme.

Due to the size of the project, we had to work night and day to hand the project over in due time.🕚 This is the residence of Bangladesh Air Chief ✈️and we wanted to do it justice.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 was made in cooperation with ENA Properties, we were privileged to design the house of Honorable President Adv. Abdul Hamid❗️

This three storied house is blessed with natural air and sunlight ☀️ We decided to go with a modern and antique fusion with generous use of wooden materials. The simple color scheme is meant to invoke royalty while preserving a homely environment. 🏡
