Serving North American clients/customers.
Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.
It is a full-time night shift job.
5 days a week.

Handling Customer complaint and inquires.

Must be computer literate

Analytic skill and working ability for team development
Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting
Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
Can be roaster duty

Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a teams
Knowledge about social media maintenance would be appreciable
