আমি বর্তমানে একটি প্রকল্পে প্রায় ৫০,০০০ (পঞ্চাশ হাজার) স্কয়ার ফিট সিভিল স্ট্রাকচার কনস্ট্রাকশন কাজ পরিচালনা করছি। উক্ত প্রকল্পের কাজ ইতোমধ্যে চলমান রয়েছে এবং বর্তমানে কাঠামোগত (Structural) নির্মাণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নের পর্যায়ে আছে।

তবে, ১ তারিখের পর থেকে পর্যাপ্ত ক্যাশ ফ্লোর অভাবে সাইটে প্রয়োজনীয় জনবল পরিচালনা, কনস্ট্রাকশন মেটেরিয়াল সাপ্লাই এবং দৈনন্দিন সাইট অপারেশন স্বাভাবিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। এর ফলে কাজের ধারাবাহিকতা ব্যাহত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।

এই প্রেক্ষাপটে, প্রকল্পটি নিরবচ্ছিন্নভাবে চালু রাখা এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার লক্ষ্যে একজন ইনভেস্টরের আর্থিক বিনিয়োগ অত্যন্ত জরুরি। বিনিয়োগ প্রাপ্ত হলে উক্ত অর্থ নিম্নলিখিত খাতে ব্যয় করা হবে—
• সাইট লেবার ও টেকনিক্যাল স্টাফ পরিচালনা
• কনস্ট্রাকশন মেটেরিয়াল ও লজিস্টিক সাপ্লাই
• দৈনন্দিন সাইট অপারেশন ও প্রশাসনিক ব্যয়
• কাজের গতি, গুণগত মান ও সময়ানুবর্তিতা নিশ্চিতকরণ

Profit & Return Perspective

এই প্রকল্পটি একটি চলমান ও রেভিনিউ-জেনারেটিং কনস্ট্রাকশন প্রজেক্ট হওয়ায়, বিনিয়োগকারীর জন্য এতে মাসিক আনুমানিক ২৫%–৩০% প্রফিট মার্জিন অর্জনের বাস্তবসম্মত সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। উক্ত রিটার্ন কাজের অগ্রগতি, বিলিং সাইকেল এবং পেমেন্ট রিলিজের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

পারস্পরিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে ইনভেস্টমেন্টের পরিমাণ, প্রফিট-শেয়ারিং রেশিও, রিটার্ন টাইমলাইন এবং অন্যান্য শর্তাবলি চূড়ান্ত করা যেতে পারে, যাতে উভয় পক্ষের জন্য একটি স্বচ্ছ, নিরাপদ ও লাভজনক অংশীদারিত্ব নিশ্চিত হয়।

Investment Overview

I am currently managing approximately 50,000 (fifty thousand) square feet of civil structure construction work under an ongoing project. The project is already in progress and is presently at the structural construction stage.

However, due to an insufficient cash flow after the 1st of this month, it has become challenging to continue normal site operations, including the management of required manpower, supply of construction materials, and daily site activities. As a result, there is a risk of disruption to the continuity of the work.

In this context, to ensure uninterrupted progress and the successful completion of the project within the stipulated timeframe, financial investment from an investor has become critically necessary. Upon receiving the investment, the funds will be utilized in the following areas:
• Management of site labor and technical staff
• Supply of construction materials and logistics
• Daily site operations and administrative expenses
• Ensuring work progress, quality control, and timely ex*****on

Profit & Return Perspective

As this is an ongoing and revenue-generating construction project, there is a realistic potential for an estimated monthly profit margin of 25%–30% for the investor. The return is dependent on work progress, billing cycles, and payment releases.

The investment amount, profit-sharing ratio, return timeline, and other terms and conditions can be finalized through mutual discussion to ensure a transparent, secure, and mutually beneficial partnership.

The project is currently active, practical, and financially viable, making it a safe and attractive investment opportunity for potential investors.
