UIU AIS Program

The UIU AIS Program presents "Showcasing of debitcreditlab.com" - an accounting software for the freshers of BBA in AIS and BBA Program today at room #203 in the Financial Accounting II class. We thank the Perpetual Digital Software for the impactful presentation of the software to our students. The Digital Software offered the software to our students at free of cost. Prof. Dr. Salma Karim, Director of BBA Program, Prof. Dr. James Bakul Sarkar, Coordinator of AIS Program, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Tariq Hasan, and Ms. Israt Jabin, Lecturer, Accounting were present in the presentation. The accounting software was quite engaging, innovative and interesting.

The UIU AIS Program successfully presented the guest lecture session for the students of AFA II today. Mr. Mahmud-Ur-Rashid, Chief Business Officer, Shanta Equity is the resource person.

He delivered the session with a practical focus on merger, amalgamation and acquisition concepts; valuation and exchange ratio; legal process and regulatory approval; three Bangladesh-based case studies (Robi-Airtel, Walton, and Totalgaz). Students, we believe, find it interesting and informative.
