১৮ দিনে রেমিট্যান্স এলো ২ বিলিয়ন ডলারের বেশি

চলতি জানুয়ারি মাসের প্রথম ১৮ দিনে দেশে দুই বিলিয়ন ডলারের বেশি রেমিট্যান্স এসেছে। এই ধারা অব্যাহত থাকলে আগামী মাসগুলোতে দেশের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার রিজার্ভে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব পড়বে বলে মনে করছেন সংশ্লিষ্টরা।

এর আগে ডিসেম্বর মাসে দেশে প্রবাসী আয় আসে ৩২২ কোটি ডলার, যা একক মাস হিসেবে দ্বিতীয় সর্বোচ্চ। দেশের ইতিহাসে সর্বোচ্চ প্রবাসী আয় ছিল ৩২৯ কোটি ডলার, যা গত বছরের মার্চে ঈদুল ফিতরের সময় রেকর্ড হয়েছিল।

২০২৪ সালের ৫ আগস্ট আওয়ামী লীগ সরকারের পতনের পর থেকে প্রবাসী আয় বৃদ্ধির ধারা অব্যাহত রয়েছে। ব্যাংক খাতের সংশ্লিষ্টরা বলছেন, অর্থ পাচার কমে যাওয়ায় অবৈধ হুন্ডি ব্যবসা অনেকটাই নিয়ন্ত্রণে এসেছে।

পাশাপাশি ব্যাংকিং চ্যানেলে ডলারের বিনিময় হার কয়েক মাস ধরে স্থিতিশীল থাকায় বৈধ পথে প্রবাসী আয় দেশে প্রবাহিত হচ্ছে। বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, ১৫ জানুয়ারি পর্যন্ত দেশের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার রিজার্ভ দাঁড়িয়েছে ৩২ দশমিক ৬২ বিলিয়ন ডলার।

বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, সদ্য সমাপ্ত ২০২৫ সালে দেশে মোট প্রবাসী আয় দাঁড়িয়েছে ৩ হাজার ২৮২ কোটি ডলার, যা প্রায় দেশের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার মজুতের সমপরিমাণ।

চলতি অর্থবছরের জুলাই থেকে ১৮ জানুয়ারি পর্যন্ত দেশে রেমিট্যান্স এসেছে এক হাজার ৮৩০ কোটি ডলার। আগের অর্থবছরের একই সময়ে এই অঙ্ক ছিল এক হাজার ৪৯৮ কোটি ডলার। ফলে এই সময়ে প্রবাসী আয় বেড়েছে ২২ দশমিক ২ শতাংশ।

কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংকের পরিসংখ্যান অনুযায়ী, চলতি অর্থবছরে মাসভিত্তিক রেমিট্যান্স এসেছে জুলাইয়ে ২৪৭ কোটি ৭৮ লাখ ডলার, আগস্টে ২৪২ কোটি ১৯ লাখ ডলার, সেপ্টেম্বরে ২৬৮ কোটি ৫৮ লাখ ডলার, অক্টোবরে ২৫৬ কোটি ৩৫ লাখ ডলার, নভেম্বরে ২৮৮ কোটি ৯৫ লাখ ডলার এবং ডিসেম্বরে ৩২২ কোটি ৬৬ লাখ ডলার।

বিশেষজ্ঞদের মতে, জাতীয় নির্বাচন ও রমজানকে সামনে রেখে পরিবারের বাড়তি ব্যয় মেটাতে প্রবাসীদের মধ্যে দেশে অতিরিক্ত অর্থ পাঠানোর প্রবণতা বেড়েছে। এর ফলে সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে রেমিট্যান্স প্রবাহে স্পষ্ট চাঙাভাব লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে।

1. BSc in EEE preferred; relevant solar EPC experience will also be considered.
2. 3–5 years experience in solar EPC.
3. Hands-on experience in on-grid solar systems.
4. Strong proficiency in PVsyst/Helioscope/SketchUp & AutoCAD with solid PV and electrical design capability.
5. Deep understanding of Bangladesh electrical codes and grid interconnection standards.
7. Good communication skills (Bangla & English).
8. Willing to visit project sites and clients.
