প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে।

ঢাকার বাইরের ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট এস এ পরিবহনে পাঠানো হবে। প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানোর পর এর স্লিপ নাম্বার আপনাকে ইনবক্সে সরবরাহ করা হবে। প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানোর ২-৩ দিন এর মধ্যে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট টি নির্দিষ্ট এস এ পরিবহন, সুন্দরবন, ইত্যাদি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। অন্যথায় প্রোডাক্ট টি আমাদের কাছে ফেরত চলে আসবে এবং পরবর্তীতে আপনাকে আর কখন ও আমদের পেজ থেকে প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ করা হবে না।
