আগামী ২০ই মে শুরু হতে যাওয়া আচরনগত অর্থনীতি ও জননীতি বিষয়ক সংক্ষিপ্ত কোর্সটিতে প্রশিক্ষক হিসেবে থাকছেন ভারতীয় আচরনগত অর্থনীতিবিদ ড. সুব্রত রানা। আইআইটি, ইন্ডিয়া এবং স্ট্যানফোর্ড বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা গ্রহন করা ড. রানা আন্তর্জাতিক এজেন্সিগুলির সাথে পঁচিশ বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে প্রযুক্তি মূল্যায়ন এবং আচরণগত অর্থনীতি নিয়ে কাজ করেছেন। এছাড়া, তিনি রিসোর্স ইকোনমিস্ট হিসেবে বিশ্বব্যাংক ও CGIAR-এর সাথে বহু-দেশীয় প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নে দীর্ঘদিন ধরে কাজ করেছেন এবং ২০টিরও বেশি দেশে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে তার।
