Chanchal Mahmood Bhai, a pioneer of fashion photography in Bangladesh passed away yesterday after a long period of illness and complete paralysis following a major stroke last January.

Let us also turn our hearts to his beloved wife, Raina Mahmood Bhabi, who is bravely battling cancer. She stood by Chanchal Bhai throughout his struggle, and now she needs our support more than ever.

Let empathy guide us—not just in mourning, but in action.

Colored photographs capture the subject, while black and white photography reveal souls.
