◾ Must have interest in ThemeForest-based theme design
◾ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, ReactJs, NextJs
◾ Experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap
◾ Convert PSD to HTML, Figma to HTML, XD to HTML
◾ Solid understanding of JavaScript & jQuery
◾ Write clean, optimized, and performance-focused code
◾ Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers
◾ Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
◾ Assist customers politely and professionally when needed
◾ Develop web-based UI using JavaScript
◾ React.js experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support for web hosting, domain, and server-related issues
Troubleshoot Linux/Windows server problems
Manage shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting environments
Handle DNS, SSL, email, and website configuration issues
Monitor server performance and resolve downtime incidents
Assist customers via ticket, chat, and email support
Maintain documentation for support procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and basic Windows Server
Experience with cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or similar control panels
Understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, and MySQL
Basic knowledge of web servers (Apache/Nginx)
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure

Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms
