নিচের ছবির দুই শিশু তাদের নির্মল আনন্দের জন্য খেলনা গাড়ি নিয়ে বড় সড়কে চলে এসেছে, কিন্তু বেরসিক পুলিশ আইন প্রয়োগে নিরপেক্ষ হয়ে শিশুদের জরিমানা করে দিয়েছে।
পাশ্চাত্যের শিশুরা আইনের প্রয়োগ, নিরপেক্ষতা ও শাস্তি দেখে এভাবেই বেড়ে উঠে এবং আইনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হয়।
