Today, for the first time, we had to ban a customer. Honestly, it was very difficult for me, but we had to do it in order to set an example. We never want to ban any customer because losing one means losing a potential long-term customer.

However, when a customer makes a mistake, and even after we correct it, they refuse to acknowledge it and remain stubborn, we are left with no choice. Sometimes we have to be strict, because not every issue can be solved with polite behavior.

I am sharing this because it truly felt bad to talk harshly with a customer for the first time. But I kindly request everyone to follow our simple guidelines, which are always provided in advance. If you just follow them, you will never face any issue while taking our service.

We always try our best to provide 100% service. Sometimes there might be a little delay, but we always deliver. In this case, we also informed the customer via inbox and sincerely apologized that we could not continue their service. However, the ban is not permanent—there is a simple process to get unbanned. Just send us an email, and we will gladly restore your account.

Arguing with us brings no benefit to either side; it only wastes time. So please, just send an email—we will happily provide you with our service again.
