Our Story
Shabd Visuals was born out of the need for crafting and creating digital products that incorporate user-experiences and the target audience requirements and preferences. We, essentially, believe in taking the bottom-up approach while designing digital solutions and tick all the boxes of using UX Design Principles. We aim to continuously learn ourselves and educate others about the importance of incorporating UX Research into the creating of viable and sustainable digital products. Our journey began while the two of us (Maksud and Sankalita) worked in the development sector and were involved in designing tech-based solutions for a pioneering project in cross-border trafficking. The importance of involving stakeholders and co-creating products is what we learnt and we decided to use this ‘enlightenment’ to help other companies and individuals to design solutions that address real problems!
