Job Responsibilities:

1. Excellent development skills in Python.
2. Strong object-oriented design and programming skills.
3. Strong English written and spoken communication skills.
4. Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (Django or Flask).
5. Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
6. Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT).
8. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance for enterprise applications.
9. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
10. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
11. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
12. Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
13. Strong unit test and debugging skills.
14. Participating in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Job Location: Dhaka
Compensation & other benefits:
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Medical Allowance, Performance Bonus
Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
