Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory while fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor SKU-wise primary and secondary sales activities to ensure business growth.
• Supervise the sales team, providing necessary training and guidance to achieve targets in areas such as outlet coverage, cold chain management, merchandising, and stock rotation.
• Maintain updated records of distributors/outlets and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving complaints promptly.
• Guide distributors on company policies and operational procedures to enhance business effectiveness.
• Maximize the utilization of company assets to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure product availability, delivery, and visibility across all designated outlets.
• Evaluate and verify damage claims from customers and distributors.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience
• Experience in Sales & Marketing is required
• Candidates with experience in Frozen Food / ice cream Industry will get advantage.

Junior Executive – Sales & Administration

Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in sales activities to drive membership growth.
Handle hotline inquiries, promote membership benefits, conduct facility tours, and manage the membership registration process.
Respond promptly to client queries on social media platforms, ensuring effective customer engagement and continuous sales growth.
Maintain and update sales software while collaborating with colleagues to address sales inquiries, challenges, and propose strategic solutions.
Address and resolve client complaints efficiently, taking necessary corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide guided tours of the gym to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of membership.
Supervise gym floor operations and cleaning staff to maintain high standards of hygiene and facility upkeep.
Take immediate action in case of any emergencies within the gym premises, providing necessary assistance and coordination with relevant personnel.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Up to 1 year of experience in Sales & Admin.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Additional Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Candidates with knowledge of the fitness industry will be given preference.
Must be flexible in timing (Both Day & Night).
