Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Architect to join our team at Lusso Bangladesh Ltd. We are a complete architecture solution and construction company that has recently entered the European grade interior furniture manufacturing business. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Senior Architect to assist in the design and construction of architectural projects. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the development of project concepts, creating detailed designs and construction documents, and communicating with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Architect in developing project concepts, designs, and construction documents
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Attend client meetings and communicate with contractors to ensure project goals are met
Participate in the construction administration process, including on-site visits and construction documentation
Maintain accurate records and files of project documents
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Probation Period: 90 days

Salary Range: 15k to 20k (negotiable)
