Don’t pick a generic domain name 🔥
I chose to go purchase exact match domain names where the area name was the keyword.

That way I would get heaps of brand inquiries easily.

All things considered, there's an issue… regardless of whether you rank high, what you'll discover is you will have a low active visitor clicking percentage much of the time.

If you have a low click-through rate, it tells Google your brand isn’t strong and people don’t prefer it, which can hurt your ranking.

Here are some of the factors that influence the value of your domains:

Number of characters: the shorter, the better

Extension / language combination: .com is by far the most valuable extension. However, it's better to use .com if you are using a term in the English language

Dictionary words: domains that include real words are more valuable

Search volume: if a lot of people are searching for this
keyword on Google, then your domain has more value

Type-in traffic: do people type your domain directly into their browser? The more type-ins, the better!
