Starlink internet connectivity is set to transform education in Bangladesh’s hill districts, as BSCL - the satellite company’s authorised reseller, brings high-speed access to local schools.

Under new agreements with the Khagrachhari, Bandarban, and Rangamati Hill District Councils, Starlink terminals are being installed across primary and secondary schools to enable digital learning for students long cut off by poor connectivity. The initiative will let students join online classes, access e-learning materials, and participate in virtual lessons for the first time.

The project, initially targeting 100 schools and expanding to 450, marks a milestone in inclusive digital education for remote communities.
