A total disaster experience at Roseate Cafe .🚫🚫

Sharing my horrible experience so that you don’t have to!!
My friend and I arrived around 4:15 pm, the café was empty, so we ordered two Frappes priced at 450++ each. The staff took our order without issue. However, after about 15-20 minutes, another staff member approached us, insisting that we couldn't just order drinks and sit there. They claimed we had to order lunch items because they had turned on the AC and the lights for us. I mean what could’ve we done?entire the whole menu??When we explained that we had already eaten lunch and simply wanted the Frappes listed on the menu, they argued that we shouldn't have come to the café after lunch. This despite the fact that the word "CAFE" was clearly in the name!!

The way they handled it was incredibly disrespectful and disgusting . Instead of addressing the issue when we placed our order, they decided to create a scene afterwards. It's unfair to blame customers for the lack of business and then take out frustrations on them by making such demands about the AC and lights.
If anyone knows the owner please do mention about the horrible service that they are providing!
