Salary: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 or (negotiable) per month (based on skills and experience)

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join us in promoting our cutting-edge products.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a solid understanding of the latest marketing trends, and the ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Oxilab’s WordPress plugins.
-Manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
-Create engaging and relevant content for our blog, social media, and email campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the WordPress plugin industry.
-Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring accurate representation in marketing materials.
-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
-Utilize SEO best practices to improve the visibility of our plugins in search engine results.
-Engage with our online community and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

Requirements:

-Clearly understanding our products, customers, and the problems we solve. Because this is what you’re going to sell to others.
-Regularly analyze ongoing market trends, customer behavior, buyer persona, and competitors to run effective marketing campaigns.
-Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or WordPress industry.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
-Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
-Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
-Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
-Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem is a plus.

Office Hours:

Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM (1-hour lunch break).
