Hatch, an event management firm intends to provide its customers international standard consultation to satisfying the customer by bringing their dream to life.

Requirements:

1) Outdoorsy : Currently, our boundaries are inside Dhaka, but very soon we will reach out to every city of Bangladesh.

2) Hospitable: You love people & you want to make a difference. Our Mission is bringing joy to the people. You need to care about people and an excellent communicator.

3) Friendly: You're a team player and you're awesome to be with.

4) Head Strong: You love challenges and the word "I can't" does not exist in your vocabulary. The difficult tasks are done ASAP. The impossible takes a little longer.

5) Have Leadership Quality: For the management role, your ability to lead is everything. Great leaders create more leaders.

What we really look into:

1) Your attitude. We can take someone with C competency and shape that person into a superstar with the right attitude. Attitude to us is everything because it portrays you. We do not care about your grades in school or in college.

2) Willingness to learn. You may not have the competency but your hunger to grow is a must. The journey of learning never ends.

3) You're in it for the long haul. We keep our performers. We have members of Hatch family who have been with us since Day 1. Loyalty and integrity means a lot to us.

4) Your command of English. We do international events; your ability to communicate clearly with precise articulation, is expected.

5) Committed and not afraid of workload. While we are known for our balance of fun and Freedom policies, you are someone that will do whatever it takes to get a task done, if the situation requires you to do so.
