PRF, in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University, USA, is seeking a motivated Study Physician (SP) for its multi-country study on Antenatal Corticosteroids (ACS) and Preterm Newborn Outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with government health facilities, private providers, and international experts while making a real difference for mothers and babies.

📍 Duty Station: Moulavibazar
💼 Salary & Benefits: BDT 73,932/month + retirement fund contribution (12%) and other allowances

✨ Who we’re looking for:
✔️ MBBS (MPH preferred)
✔️ At least 1 year relevant work experience (research experience an advantage)
✔️ Strong knowledge of newborn & child health in Bangladesh
✔️ Good computer skills & communication in Bangla and English
✔️ Willingness to take on challenges and work beyond office hours when needed

This research will help develop population norms for children under 36 months, contributing to improved child health and development policies in Bangladesh.

📍 Duty Station: Sylhet

✨ What you’ll do:
✔️ Visit homes to assess child growth & development
✔️ Collect and manage accurate field data using tablets
✔️ Engage with families in the community
✔️ Ensure ethical and respectful practices during research

✔️ Master’s in Psychology (or related field)
✔️ Experience in field/community research (preferred)
✔️ Strong skills in electronic data collection tools
