UI/UX Designer (Project Based - Hybrid)

DevTechGuru is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team on a project basis for an exciting new initiative in the real estate sector. We are developing an innovative digital platform designed to empower real estate agents in Bangladesh with cutting-edge tools and solutions.

If you are a creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong passion for user-centered design, this project offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills and be a part of something impactful. Freelancers are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop site-maps and user flows to structure and visualize the user experience.
Design based on brand guidelines (logos, color schemes, typography).
Create reusable UI components (e.g., buttons, forms, cards).
Build low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for design conceptualization.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and the development team to ensure consistency in design implementation.

Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools such as AdobeXD.
Experience in wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping.
Creative problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take projects from concept to completion.
Strong skills in visual design principles such as mockups, graphics, and layouts.

Nice to Have:
Basic frontend development skills (CSS, HTML).
Experience in graphic design and accessibility design.
Knowledge of animation and motion design.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in UX/UI design.

Project Details:
This is a hybrid project-based role with negotiable compensation based on deliverables.
