Human Resources (HR):

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.

Prepare monthly salary sheets and handle payroll activities.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.

Administration:

Oversee office operations, logistics, and maintenance.

Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.

Coordinate administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.

Accounts:

Handle daily accounts transactions, vouchers, and bookkeeping.

Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports.

Manage petty cash and bank transactions.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.COM/M.COM (Accounting/Management) or related field.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Good communication and organizational skills.

* Review raw data according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and issue a Calibration certificate.
* Conduct calibration as per SOP and raw data generation.
* Identifying the inspection, calibration, measuring and test equipment with the required accuracy and/or compatibility for specified test methods/customer requirements.
