Acote Limited is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and dynamic 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 to work directly with the management on strategic initiatives and technology-driven projects at Acote’s future R&D Lab.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and database solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new software features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance application performance and security.
• Participate in software architecture, code reviews, deployment, and system maintenance activities.
• Assist the management in planning and executing various strategic and R&D projects.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, AI, automation, and industry trends.
• Support software, product, and technology development initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely ex*****on of deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and project updates.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on special assignments.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of Acote's future R&D Lab.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a well-recognized university.
• 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Git, version control systems, and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment processes, and modern development tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and similar technologies.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of projects.
