একজন Engineer হিসেবে বারবার দেখেছি—
সেফটি প্ল্যান কাগজে থাকে সুন্দরভাবে,

কিন্তু বাস্তব প্রয়োগে সেগুলো প্রায়ই উপেক্ষিত।
▫️ ফায়ার অ্যালার্ম সিস্টেম ইনস্টল করা হয়, কিন্তু রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ হয় না।
▫️ ইমার্জেন্সি এক্সিট থাকে, কিন্তু ব্লক করে রাখা হয় মালপত্রে।
▫️ ফায়ার হাইড্রেন্ট বা পাম্প টেস্ট করা হয় না মাসের পর মাস।
▫️ অথরিটি মেইনটেন্যান্সে খরচ কমাতে চায়, কিন্তু ক্ষতি হলে হারায় কোটি টাকা।

আজকের বিমানবন্দর আগুন আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দিল—
ইনফ্রাস্ট্রাকচার যত আধুনিকই হোক, সেফটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট দুর্বল হলে সব ব্যর্থ।

Job Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and approach potential clients (industries, factories, commercial buildings, institutions).
✔ Conduct site visits, assess needs, and propose tailored fire safety solutions.
✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, and deliver sales presentations.
✔ Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
✔ Coordinate with technical teams for project ex*****on and after-sales support.
✔ Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
✔ Stay updated on fire safety standards and compliance regulations.
✔ Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements:
✅ B.Sc. in EEE/ME or BBA (or related field).
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in fire safety products/consultancy).
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
✅ Proficient in English communication.
