In the form of a small construction company Craftsmen Solutions was founded as the brainchild of Mr. Shahadat Hossain Khan, Azman Kabir and Mr. Mohammad Sazzadul Islam. The company has been successfully operating in Bangladesh for more then two years, working on both small and large scale construction, repair, and alteration projects as sub and private contractor.

With the already recorded and predicted future boom in the country’s economy and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to leap forward towards direct goverment tender of medium scale projects.

Keeping the ROI in mind, we have invited finance from prestigious and honorable society members with an honorary Investment return of 20% anually. We have focused on delta plan, lays out the goals and tasks to make this journey successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive industry and market.

Craftsmen Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering firm which was established with an ambition to setup a benchmark of rapid but sustainable construction in the civil construction market. The firm starts a significant role in different government departments and capable of undertaking mid-range projects including civil and earthwork tasks. The company fosters creative foresight among employees and driven strongly by a resilient management team with 67 skill and semi-skill masons to lead the company into one most challenging construction companies in the country.
