DevMaker Consulting

SDS organized a five-day training program on Product Branding and Market Extension Strategies under the Rural Microenterprise Transformation Project (RMTP), implemented by PKSF and funded by Danida and IFAD. The sessions were facilitated by DevMaker Consulting, with active participation and monitoring by project personnel. In total, 150 microentrepreneurs from different upazilas of Shariatpur attended the training. The participants represented a wide range of economic activities, including farmers engaged in crops, livestock, and aquaculture production, as well as youth, both male and female, involved in micro and small enterprises such as tailoring, fashion design, bakery products, milk processing, and pickle export. The training is expected to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in product branding and market development, enabling them to enhance the competitiveness of their enterprises and expand access to local and regional markets.

আরএমটিপি (Rural Microenterprise Transformation Project) এর আওতায় ডেনিডা এবং ইফাদ-এর অর্থায়নে পিকেএসএফ কর্তৃক বাস্তবায়িত প্রকল্পের অংশ হিসেবে এসডিএস পাঁচ দিনব্যাপী প্রোডাক্ট ব্র্যান্ডিং ও মার্কেট সম্প্রসারণ কৌশল বিষয়ক প্রশিক্ষণের আয়োজন করে। প্রশিক্ষণ সেশনগুলো পরিচালনা করে ডেভমেকার কনসালটিং, যেখানে প্রকল্পের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তারা সক্রিয়ভাবে উপস্থিত থেকে কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করেন। মোট ১৫০ জন ক্ষুদ্র উদ্যোক্তা শরীয়তপুর জেলার বিভিন্ন উপজেলা থেকে প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মধ্যে ছিলেন ফসল, গবাদিপশু ও মৎস্য উৎপাদনে জড়িত কৃষকরা এবং নারী-পুরুষ যুব উদ্যোক্তারা, যারা ক্ষুদ্র ও ক্ষুদ্র-মাঝারি উদ্যোগ যেমন দর্জির দোকান, ফ্যাশন ডিজাইন, বেকারি পণ্য উৎপাদন, দুধ প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণ ও আচার রপ্তানি কার্যক্রমের সাথে যুক্ত। প্রশিক্ষণটি অংশগ্রহণকারীদের পণ্যের ব্র্যান্ডিং ও বাজার উন্নয়ন সংক্রান্ত জ্ঞান ও দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করবে, যা তাদের উদ্যোক্তা কার্যক্রমকে আরও প্রতিযোগিতামূলক করে তুলবে এবং স্থানীয় ও আঞ্চলিক বাজারে প্রবেশাধিকারে সহায়তা করবে।
