It's already been one & half years we started our journey; and by coming one day we're gonna ditch & step into 6th month since our very first anniversary.
By June we will be 1.5 years old of starting our business operation. Since inception we tried to be a sustainable lifestyle brand where products are handmade, crafted from upcycling items, slow fashion & basic designer collection for local people. All of our strategies relating to the sustainable goals are align with values of our brand. Likewise from product design to the final makeover (from own sourcing/production) and procurement (with suppliers sourcing) to marketing (with packaging 📦) are all represents the key social values of our enterprise. Hence 80% of our products are planned to be sourced from locality (Small groups of business owners/enterprises, self employed & less privileged woman) and the rest 20% was aimed to be imported.
But we're glad to inform that we did it only for 10% of our total products sourcing.
So, own & local sourcing was 90%. It couldn't be better than this to declare ourselves as a SUSTAINABLE brand and a SOCIAL enterprise.
