It was during his time preparing for the SSC, that Nafis Rahman Joy made the pivotal decision to join The Learning Lab at the Saidpur Branch. This marked the beginning of a significant chapter in his educational journey. From the demanding days of SSC studies to ultimately securing a prestigious seat at the University of Central Lancashire, commonly known as UCLAN, in the law department as an undergraduate student, it has been a long and challenging yet rewarding journey for him. Throughout this entire phase of his academic life, the supportive and nurturing community of The Learning Lab family has stood steadfastly by his side, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way. 1. বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও কোর্স নির্বাচন

• রাশিয়ার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলো বিশ্বমানের, বিশেষ করে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, মেডিকেল, IT ও এভিয়েশন বিষয়ে।
• Tuition fee তুলনামূলকভাবে অনেক কম। Public universities-এ প্রতি বছর খরচ ২,০০০ – ৫,০০০ ডলারের মধ্যে।

• Bachelor’s এর জন্য: HSC বা সমমানের সার্টিফিকেট (Minimum GPA 3.5 হলে ভালো), Science background হলে সুবিধা বেশি।
• Master’s এর জন্য: ৪ বছরের Bachelor বা Honours degree সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
• Language Options:
• English-taught কোর্সে IELTS/TOEFL বাধ্যতামূলক না, তবে basic English proficiency থাকতে হয়।
• Russian-taught কোর্স হলে ১ বছরের Preparatory Course (Russian ভাষা শিখানোর) করতে হয়।

3. Application Process

• আবেদন করা যায় সরাসরি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে, অথবা রুশ শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের অফিশিয়াল পোর্টাল:

4. প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টস:

• Passport (মেয়াদ কমপক্ষে ২ বছর)

• Medical certificate + HIV test
• Passport size ছবি
• Application/Registration fees (বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন)

5. Admission Letter (Offer Letter)

• বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে Invitation Letter আসবে, এটা ভিসা প্রসেসের জন্য জরুরি।
• কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটি Skype interview নিতে পারে।

6. ভিসার জন্য আবেদন (Student Visa - Study Purpose)

• রাশিয়ান দূতাবাস বা VFS Global এর মাধ্যমে ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে হয়।
• দরকার হবে:
• Invitation Letter
• মেডিকেল সার্টিফিকেট
• ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট বা স্পনসর প্রমাণ
• Accommodation proof (বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকেই arrange করে)
• Visa application form + ছবি

7. রাশিয়ায় গিয়ে করণীয়

• Arrival এর পর Migration Card ফিলআপ ও University তে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।
• Medical check-up ও fingerprinting প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
• Residence Permit collect করতে হয় (1 year, renewable annually)।
• পার্ট-টাইম কাজের সুযোগ সীমিত, তবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অনুমতি নিয়ে কাজ করা যায়।

৮. খরচ ও জীবনযাত্রা

বাসস্থান খরচ:
• University Dormitory: $15 – $80 / মাস
• ভাড়া বাসা (shared): $100 – $200 / মাস

খাবার ও অন্যান্য খরচ:
• মাসিক আনুমানিক খরচ: $150 – $250

৯. রাশিয়ার জব মার্কেট (International Students)
• Part-time কাজের সুযোগ সীমিত, তবে Library Assistant, Cafeteria Staff, Language Tutor, Freelance Translator ইত্যাদি কাজ করা যায়
• Post-Study Work Permit নেই, তবে Master শেষ করে Europe বা অন্যান্য দেশে Master/Job সহজ হয়
• Engineering, IT, Aviation, Research - এই সেক্টরগুলোতে ভবিষ্যত ভালো

কেন রাশিয়ায় পড়াশোনা করব?

• তুলনামূলক কম খরচে উচ্চশিক্ষা
• সরকারি Scholarship এর সুযোগ প্রতি বছর
• Russia-Ukraine যুদ্ধের পরেও অনেক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আগের মতোই আন্তর্জাতিক স্টুডেন্ট নিচ্ছে
• Russian ডিগ্রি বিশ্বের অনেক দেশে স্বীকৃত (বিশেষ করে Technical fields)

Rifat wanted to create an online platform that offered free, interactive lessons in Bangla, tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi students. Inspired by Ayan's words, the Dreamweavers decided to pool their resources and support each other's ventures. Priya helped Ayan set up an online store for his sustainable fashion brand, while Ayan used his connections in the garment industry to source eco-friendly materials. Their story spread like wildfire, inspiring countless other young dreamers across the country. The Dreamweavers became a symbol of hope, showing that with passion, perseverance, and a little bit of cha, anything was possible.
