Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Operations Officer.

Job Summary:
The CRM & Operations Officer is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This role involves maintaining and optimizing the CRM system, analyzing customer data improving processes & coordinating between departments to deliver seamless service experiences. Also the role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative procedures, maintaining records, and supporting management and staff in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM database.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Generate CRM reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design personalized communication campaigns.
Operations Officer:
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record keeping (both digital and hard copy).
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Oversee office maintenance, equipment servicing, and vendor coordination.
• Manage office utilities, lease agreements, and housekeeping services.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and official events.
• Draft and distribute official communications, circulars, and memos.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation of administrative expenses and reimbursements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, operations, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of process optimization and workflow management.
• Team player with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
