⚠️Courier App Case Study Alert

লাইফে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করা হয়না এমন মানুষ খুব কমই পাওয়া যাবে। আমিও ব্যবহার করি প্রতিনিয়ত,তার মধ্যে সুন্দরবণ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসকে আমার কাছে সবথেকে বেশি বিশ্বস্ত মনে হউ। কিন্তু যখনি তাদের এপ নিয়ে নিজের পার্সেল ট্রেকিং করতে যাই তখনি পরি বিপদে। তাই আজ আমার এক অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে কেইস স্ট্যাডি টা লিখা। সময় করে পড়ে আসবেন।

📌ও আরেক টা ব্যাপার এবার কিন্তু কেইস স্ট্যাডি টা আরো ডিটেইলস ইউ এক্স এর সাথে এখানে আমরা ভিজুয়্যালেও ফোকাস দিয়েছি। তাই যারা ডিজাইনার আছে আমাদের ফিডব্যাক দিয়ে আমাদের পাশে থাকবেন। কারণ আপনাদের ফিডব্যাকের উপরই আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত আমাকদের কেইস স্ট্যাডিটা আরো ইম্প্রুভ করার চেষ্টা করছি।

🥹 উপ্পস! ফুডপান্ডা এপ এর কোথাও কেন্সেল বাটন টা খুজে পাইনা কেনো? এটা কেমন ইউ এক্স?

🙃 এখন আমি কি আবার নতুন করে ফুড এড করবো। আমার কি ডেলভারি ম্যান একবার খিচুড়ি দিবে এবং আরেক ডেলিভারি ম্যান এসে কি বীফ দিবে?

⚠️ কি এমন প্রবলেম এ প্রতিনিয়ত পড়ছেন? ঠিক আছে আমাদের টীম ১ এটার সমাধান করে দিয়েছে ডিজাইন এর মাধ্যমে এবং বিজনেস এর পারস্পেক্টিভ টা চিন্তা করে। এটা খুবই ছোট্ট একটা কেইস স্ট্যাডি। মাত্র ৩ মিনিট সময় নিয়ে লিংকে প্রেস করে দেখে আসতে পারবেন।

Hello, my amazing designers! How have you been? Recently, I had the pleasure of collaborating with three of the designers, where I took on the role of mentor, providing guidance and instruction. Moreover I worked as a Manager of this team because I instructed them, managed the project plan, created the idea, passed it along to the team, and together, we brought it in to the UI/UX Detailed Design.
