আমরা জানি রমজান মুসলিম ধর্মাবলম্বীদের জন্য একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাস যা হিজরি বা আরবি সনের নবম মাস। এই মাসে জুড়ে মুসলমানরা সিয়াম সাধনার মাধ্যমে মহান আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়াতাআলার শুকরিয়া ও সান্নিধ্য পাওয়ার আশায় সিয়াম সাধনা করে থাকে। এই সিয়াম সাধনার অন্যতম দুটি বিষয় হলো ইফতার ও সেহরী। মুসলমানরা রাতের শেষভাগে বা সুবহি সাদিকের মধ্যে সেহরী পানাহারসহ অন্যান্য পালনীয় কাজ শেষ করতঃ বিভিন্ন বিধি নিষেধ পালনের মধ্য দিয়ে দিনের শেষভাগে আবার পানাহার বা ইফতারের মধ্যে দিয়ে রোজা পালন সম্পন্ন করে।
আমরাও সে মোতাবেক আপনাদের জন্য সুন্দর ও সাবলীল একটি ইফতার ও সেহরীর সময়সূচি তৈরি করার চেষ্টা করেছি।
