1. Electrical Engineer-01 person.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and supervise all factory electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure smooth operation of machines, generators, and utility systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, and machinery.
Ensure safety compliance in all electrical works.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Educational Requirements:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Experience Requirements:
2–5 years experience in a factory/garment industry
2. Nurse (Factory Medical Center)-01 person.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first aid treatment to factory workers.
Handle medical emergencies and basic health care services.
Maintain medical records of employees.
Conduct basic health awareness and safety training.
Ensure proper hygiene and workplace health standards.
Coordinate with management for worker health issues.
Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years experience preferred (freshers may apply).
General Requirements (Both Positions):
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, honest, and proactive attitude.
Willingness to work in a factory environment.
