চাকরি খুঁজছেন, কিন্তু জব মার্কেট নিয়ে কতটা খোঁজ রাখছেন?

আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই চাকরির জন্য আবেদন করছে, নতুন নতুন কোর্স করছে, CV আপডেট করছে। কিন্তু একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ বেশিরভাগ মানুষই করে না, সেটা হলো Job Market Research।

সত্যি বলতে, আমরা অনেক সময় না বুঝেই স্কিল ডেভেলপ করি। কেউ একটা কোর্স করছে দেখে আমরাও করি, কেউ একটা সফটওয়্যার শিখছে দেখে আমরাও শিখতে শুরু করি। কিন্তু প্রশ্ন হলো, আপনি যে চাকরিটা করতে চান, সেই চাকরির জন্য আসলেই কী কী স্কিল প্রয়োজন, সেটা কি কখনও খুঁজে দেখেছেন?

আমি মনে করি, চাকরি খোঁজার আগে জব মার্কেটকে বোঝাটা খুবই জরুরি।

কারণ জব মার্কেট রিসার্চ করলে আপনি জানতে পারবেন—

১। বর্তমানে কোন পদের চাহিদা বেশি
২। নিয়োগদাতারা কী ধরনের স্কিল খুঁজছেন
৩। আপনার কোন কোন জায়গায় উন্নতি করা প্রয়োজন
৪। কোন স্কিল শিখলে আপনার চাকরি পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বাড়বে

খুব কঠিন কিছু না।

আপনি যে পজিশনে কাজ করতে চান, সেই পজিশনের ১৫-২০টি Job Circular দেখুন। Job Description এবং Requirements অংশগুলো ভালোভাবে পড়ুন। দেখবেন কিছু স্কিল, সফটওয়্যার বা দক্ষতার কথা প্রায় সব জায়গাতেই উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।

সেখান থেকেই বুঝতে পারবেন বাজার কী চায় এবং আপনার কী শেখা প্রয়োজন।

একটা বিষয় সবসময় মনে রাখা জরুরি -

সব স্কিল গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নয়, আপনার ক্যারিয়ার লক্ষ্য অনুযায়ী সঠিক স্কিলটাই সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

তাই শুধু কোর্সের পেছনে না ছুটে, আগে বাজারের চাহিদা বুঝুন। তারপর সেই অনুযায়ী নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করুন।

হয়তো এই ছোট্ট অভ্যাসটাই আপনাকে অন্যদের থেকে কয়েক ধাপ এগিয়ে রাখবে।

চাকরি পাওয়ার জন্য শুধু পরিশ্রম করলেই হয় না, সঠিক দিকেও পরিশ্রম করতে হয়।

সব কিছু close monitoring করতে পছন্দ করে।
Every small detail control করতে চায়।

কম communication, কম feedback, কম appreciation।

But freshers অনেক সময় confused feel করে

Behind every shipment, production plan, OT, KPI & target… there are HUMAN beings.

Healthy work culture তৈরি হয়

But leadership behavior creates the real workplace culture.

A manager can push you for today’s target.
