Job Title: Graphics Designer & Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Graphics Designer & Digital marketer to join our team. Next Management Solution is a leading company that offers a comprehensive range of services in the fields of digital marketer, event management, market research, media planning, consultancy, trade fair arrangements, photography, and graphic design. With a focus on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of its clients, Next Management Solution has established a prominent reputation in the industry. The company has a team of experienced professionals who use the latest tools and techniques to deliver outstanding results. The role will be responsible for designing graphics and conducting digital marketing activities to promote our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message to our target audience. They will also be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, identifying leads, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and social media posts.
• Conduct digital marketing activities to promote our products and services.
• Identify potential customers through research and outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of our products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing campaigns are effective.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Academic Qualifications:

• Students/ Undergraduates/ Graduates from any discipline belonging to any esteemed college or university are welcome to apply.

Timing:

• 6 days’ work schedule
• 11 AM to 7 PM. (It could change according to priority.)
• Salary (negotiable)
