Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tele Sales or Call Center Executive is required.

💼 Position: Tele Sales Executive
🔍 Key Responsibilities :

Contact potential and existing customers over the phone
Promote and sell products/services confidently
Understand customer needs and close sales
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer info
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
Collaborate with the field sales team when necessary
Go the extra mile to meet team goals

✅ Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 Years of experience at Tele Sales Executive or Call Center
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Must be confident, patient, and sales-driven
Work under pressure and handle rejection positively
Experience in Tele Sales, Call Center, or Telemarketing is a plus

💰 Salary & Benefits :

Basic Salary: BDT 12,000/=
Total Monthly Earnings: BDT 14,000–15,000 (with incentives)
Performance bonuses available
Snacks are provided twice a day
