Excited to see this vision take shape step by step!

We have successfully handed over the Structural and Architectural Design of a 5-storied residential building (1800 sqft per floor) located in Chorpara, Karnaphuli Residential Area.

Our goal for this project was to ensure a perfect balance between modern aesthetics, functional layout, and structural durability.

📐 Structural Design: Earthquake-resistant, stable, and safety-focused structural framework
🎨 Architectural Design: Well-ventilated, sunlight-friendly layout with modern finish and space optimization

🔹 Total Area: 1800 sqft
🔹 Future-ready for elevator and rooftop facilities

It has been a truly honorable experience to be part of this sacred project.
