Logo বা Brand Mark দেখতে ছোট্ট একটি ডিজাইন। কিন্তু এই ডিজাইনের ছোট ছোট এলিমেন্টগুলাও বহন করতে পারে পুরো কোম্পানির ভাবমূর্তি। তাই ব্রেইনস্টর্মিং করতে আর দূর্দান্ত কন্সেপ্ট জেনেরেট করার জন্য স্কেচ প্রসেস এর কোন বিকল্প নেই। সময় বাঁচাতে আমরা ডিজাইনের এই প্রসেসটি অনেকেই ইগনোর করতে চাই। বিভিন্ন ডিজাইন ইন্সপেরেশন নিয়ে একটা নতুন কন্সেপ্ট দাঁড় করিয়ে ফেলি। হ্যা এইরকম করে লোগো ডিজাইনার হওয়া যায়। কিন্ত সেটা আর ক্রিয়েটিভ থাকে না। হয়ে যায় জেনেরিক বা টেম্পলেট ভিত্তিক কাটছাট ডিজাইন। চলুন ব্রেইনস্টর্মিং এর এই ইফেক্টিভ প্রসেসটি ফলো করার চেষ্টা করি। দেখবেন ডিজাইনে নতুন মাত্রার ক্রিয়েটিভিটি যুক্ত হয়েছে।

Job Description

- Full-time remote work. Mainly need to work in the night time.
- Working time and need to be active online average 10-12 hours
per day.
- Most of the work will be logo design project. But also have to
good skills of full brand identity especially social media posters,
product banner, e-commerce website related graphics work etc.
- Payment will be given for project-based work. (After completing 1
month of probation period employee can get an option to work
as a fixed salary-based job.
- Payment Will be give every month within 1 to10th date.

Skills and Qualifications

- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Indesign need
good skills in these softwares.
- Professionally skilled in mind-mapping, Brainstorming, also good
at concept making and color theory.
- communication skills in English must be good.
