Dried Tongue Fish curry 🐟

It may be not common for all people to eat this dried fish but it is eaten by indigenous and local people who live in coastal area. It just taste like other flat fish before drying but the dried one is really really good. Hope one day you will eager to try it.

Normally we follow this recipe to cook chicken skin and legs. But i like the flavor so much that my sister cooked the meat part in this way and i liked it so much. I made this for my friends and they said it was finger licking good 😁.

Bamboo Shoot

Bamboo shoot is one of the delicacy in rainy season. There are 28 species of bamboo found in our country but only 2 species are consumed by indigenous people.
There are so many ways to cook bamboo shoot. I tried to show one of my favourite recipe. Hope to share other recipes soon.
