🎓 PCIU Civil Engineering Students দের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয়: IEB Membership ⛔

আমরা Port City International University (PCIU)-এর সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং শিক্ষার্থীরা ভবিষ্যতে একজন দক্ষ ও স্বীকৃত ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হতে চাই। কিন্তু দুঃখজনকভাবে এখনো আমাদের জন্য Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) Membership চালু হয়নি।

🔍 IEB Membership কেন এত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?
IEB হলো দেশের সর্বোচ্চ স্বীকৃত ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং প্রফেশনাল সংগঠন, যা একজন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের ক্যারিয়ারকে নতুন উচ্চতায় নিয়ে যেতে পারে।

✔️ Professional Recognition: একজন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হিসেবে অফিসিয়াল পরিচয় ও মর্যাদা দেয়
✔️ Govt. & Large Project সুযোগ: সরকারি ও বড় প্রজেক্টে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রাধিকার
✔️ Networking সুযোগ: দেশসেরা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ গড়ে তোলার সুযোগ
✔️ Training & Workshop: নিয়মিত ট্রেনিং, সেমিনার ও ওয়ার্কশপে অংশগ্রহণ
✔️ Higher Study Advantage: বিদেশে পড়াশোনা বা স্কলারশিপের ক্ষেত্রে প্রোফাইল শক্তিশালী করে
✔️ Professional Engineer (PE) পথ: ভবিষ্যতে PE বা চার্টার্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হওয়ার সুযোগ
✔️ Career Growth: দ্রুত ক্যারিয়ার ডেভেলপমেন্ট ও ভালো পজিশনে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা
✔️ Consultancy Opportunity: নিজস্ব কনসালটেন্সি ফার্ম বা ফ্রিল্যান্স কাজের সুযোগ বাড়ায়
✔️ Leadership Skill: বিভিন্ন টেকনিক্যাল কমিটিতে কাজ করার মাধ্যমে লিডারশিপ উন্নয়ন
✔️ Updated Knowledge: নতুন টেকনোলজি ও ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ট্রেন্ড সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা
✔️ International Recognition: আন্তর্জাতিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কমিউনিটিতে সংযোগ তৈরি
✔️ Scholarship & Funding Info: বিভিন্ন স্কলারশিপ ও ফান্ডিং সুযোগ সম্পর্কে তথ্য পাওয়া
✔️ Professional Ethics: একজন দায়িত্বশীল ও নৈতিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হিসেবে গড়ে উঠতে সাহায্য , ইত্যাদি।

🚫 IEB Membership না থাকলে সম্ভাব্য সমস্যা
❌ অনেক ক্ষেত্রে চাকরির সুযোগ সীমিত হয়ে যায়
❌ বড় প্রজেক্ট ও সরকারি কাজে অংশগ্রহণে বাধা
❌ Professional পরিচয় গড়ে তুলতে দেরি
❌ ভবিষ্যতে লাইসেন্স/রেজিস্ট্রেশন পেতে জটিলতা , ইত্যাদি।

IEB Membership আপনার ক্যারিয়ার, সম্মান, এবং সামাজিক অবস্থান—সবকিছুর উপর ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে। এটি আপনাকে একজন “Engineer” থেকে “Recognized Professional Engineer”-এ রূপান্তর করে।

ArchViz 3D Modeler – 3VIZ Studio (Chittagong / Remote)

About Us:
3VIZ Studio is a growing architectural visualization company specializing in photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and interactive experiences for clients across the globe. We value creativity, precision, and a healthy work culture — a place where artists genuinely enjoy what they do.

Position: 3D Architectural Modeler
Location: Chittagong (onsite) / Remote
Salary Range: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT (based on skill & experience)

Responsibilities:

* Create accurate and detailed 3D architectural models from AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp drawings.

* Maintain clean topology, proper UVs, and real-world scale accuracy.

* Collaborate with render and animation teams to ensure the design vision is maintained.

* Optimize scenes for performance while maintaining realism.

* Follow 3VIZ Studio’s workflow standards for modeling and file organization.

Requirements:

* Strong proficiency in 3ds Max (mandatory).

* Experience with Corona Renderer (primary rendering engine).

* Good understanding of architectural drawings, design, and proportions.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team environment.

Bonus Skills (Plus Point):

* Experience in Unreal Engine or D5 Render.

* Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.

* Previous experience in an ArchViz studio or similar creative environment.
