Foot drop(ফুট ড্রপ) is a gait abnormality in which the dropping of the forefoot happens due to weakness, irritation or damage to the deep fibular nerve (deep peroneal), including the sciatic nerve, or paralysis of the muscles in the anterior portion of the lower leg.

Posture (পশ্চার)- ভঙ্গি। শরীরের ভঙ্গিমা অর্থাৎ শরীর কি অবস্থায় অাছে যেমন দাড়ানোর স্টাইল, বসার স্টাইল ইত্যাদি। পশ্চার খারাপ হলে সেটা দেখতেও ভাল লাগেনা সেই সাথে শুরু হয় নানান শারীরিক সমস্যা।
দাড়ানোর স্টাইল টাও সঠিক হওয়া উচিত।
