Savez je osnovan 1997 godine i do sada broji oko 6000 članova od kojih je 1000 žena i 5000 muškaraca.
Woolmania je projekat podržan od strane UN WOMEN BiH čiji je glavni cilj ekonomsko osnaživanje marginaliziranih žena. Žene okupljene u projektu Woolmania su članice Saveza udruženja logoraša Kantona Sarajevo. Savez udruženja logoraša Kantona Sarajevo je nevladina asocijacija dobrovoljno udruženih građana bivših logoraša koji su zbog agresije na BiH bili prisilno odvedeni i internirani u logore. So
cijalni status članova organizacije je još uvijek izuzetno težak. Uglavnom su nezaposleni, uz bitno smanjenu radnu sposobnost zbog posljedica preživljenih trauma. Udruženje SULKS je pozvalo firmu HIVE pod vodstvom Gordane Miladinović i Dine Šiber, kako bi u saradnji sa ženama članicama Udruženja osmislili brend i proizvode od vune, koristeći znanje i vještine članica. HIVE se bavi kreativnim upravljenjem, brendingom, promocijom , organizacijom prodaje, te poslovnim savjetovanjem i educiranjem žena kako bi Woolmania u što skorijem roku postala samoodrživa. Prva faza Woolmania proizvoda su dekorativni jastuci za enterijere, dok će se u drugoj fazi raditi na razvijanju mini-modne kolekcije za žene. Woolmania is a project initially supported by UN Women BiH, whose main objective is economical empowerment of marginalized women. The women gathered in Woolmania project are members of ACCTS association. The Association of Concentration Camp Torture Survivors (ACCTS) of the Canton Sarajevo was formally established in 1997 as a non-governmental organization which gathers together and supports the surviving inmates of concentration camps throughout nine municipal associations. The association is made up of a vulnerable population most of who endured torture and/or witnessed extreme violations of human rights during detention. The association has around 6,000 members of which 5,000 are men and 1,000 are women.The challenges of torture victims (men, women and children), do not end with their release. Many suffered from physical, emotional, and psychological torture all of which have contributed to various degrees of trauma. ACCTS has invited HIVE, a company from Sarajevo led by Gordana Miladinović and Dina Šiber , who are in charge of creative direction, managing, branding, promotion , sales and business counseling & education of these women. First phase of Woolmania project is a cushion collection, whilst the second phase is developing a capsule fashion collection.
